Brownie Bliss Balls

Ingredients

8 dates (soaked in warm water to rehydrate)

3 servings Kids Good Stuff Rich Chocolate

½ cup ground almond

½ cup rolled oats

1 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup coconut flakes - reserve half for dusting

1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

Looking for a sweet but nutritious snack for after school or perhaps a lunchbox treat? These brownie balls will definitely leave your kids wanting more, even better, they can get stuck in with making these too!

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor (using only half the coconut flakes) or high-speed blender and mix until combined. The mixture will be thick and sticky! You may need to add some water if the mixture is dry, add a tablesppon at a time until you reach the right consistency.
  2. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
  3. Roll in the remaining coconut flakes.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
